We understand the importance of connection and support during challenging times. Whether you prefer to engage in person or online, we offer safe, welcoming spaces where you can share your thoughts and feelings. Our support groups are here to ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone. Join us for a chat, connect with others who understand, and find the support you need, whenever you need it.
People Helping People
If you need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen. Our peer support offers a non-judgmental space where you can share whatever is on your mind, big or small. Whether you prefer to chat online or in person, we’re just a message away. Send us a private message on Facebook or email us at peertalk@askforjake.org.uk, and we’ll connect you with someone who cares.
Talk Shops
Join us every other Saturday from 10 am to 11 am at our Braunton Hub for our local drop in session. Talk Shop is a peer-to-peer support group open to everyone. Whether you’re feeling lonely, isolated, or just want to chat, we’re here for you. This isn’t just about mental health; it’s about building connections and finding community. Check our Facebook page for more details.
Men’s Hub
Every other Wednesday. Drop in peer support, 6:30 to 7:30pm at the Ask for Jake hub. By men, for men.
